Q: First of all, please tell us a little bit about yourself and your position at 3 Oaks Gaming. What are your main responsibilities, and what do you enjoy most about your job?
Y: My name is Yuliia Muratova, and I’m the Head of Marketing at 3 Oaks Gaming. I’ve been with the company for four years, leading marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. My expertise lies in digital marketing, brand development, public relations and strategic partnerships within the iGaming industry. I manage on creating marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and contribute to the company’s success.
I'm dedicated to my job, because it`s my passion. For me it`s very important to see results and company's achievements on which I influence directly. Successful marketing campaigns, media recognition, amazing stands but moreover kind words from our partners and colleagues boost my productivity. When I feel satisfied with the work I've done, I don`t want to stop even for one minute.
Q: Please tell about the history of 3 Oaks Gaming and how the company was founded. We are also interested in the name “3 Oaks Gaming” - is there any special history or meaning?
Y: 3 Oaks Gaming was founded by passionate professionals with a vision to become a leading distributor of high-quality iGaming content, bringing engaging and innovative gaming experiences to players worldwide. Since our inception, we have focused on delivering premium slot games and promotional tools to regulated markets, working closely with operators to enhance their offerings.
As for our name, "3 Oaks Gaming" carries a deeper meaning. The "three oaks" symbolize strength, stability, and growth - values that are at the core of our company’s mission. Just like mighty oak trees, we aim to build a strong foundation in the industry, grow steadily, and provide long-term value to our partners and players. Our team is full of extraordinary talents with strategic ambitions.
Q: Recently, 3 Oaks Gaming obtained licenses for markets like Greece, Romania, and the United Kingdom. Could you tell us which other countries your games are available in and what challenges you’ve faced expanding into new regions? Have strict regulations in any markets posed any difficulties?
Y: Yes, expanding into regulated markets has been a key focus for 3 Oaks Gaming. In addition to Greece, Romania, and the United Kingdom, our games are also available in several other regulated jurisdictions across Europe and beyond. Additionally, our games are available and certified for Italy, Colombia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Brazil and Portugal. We continue to pursue new licenses and certifications to bring our content to a wider audience. We are actively pursuing certifications in Greece, Peru, Netherlands and Spain to further broaden our market presence.
Entering new markets always comes with challenges, particularly when it comes to navigating strict regulatory frameworks. Each country has its own licensing requirements, technical compliance standards, and responsible gaming measures, which means we must continuously adapt our games and promotional tools to meet local regulations. While this can be complex, we see it as an opportunity to enhance our offerings and ensure we provide a secure and high-quality gaming experience.
Markets with particularly stringent regulations, such as the UK, require continuous updates to remain compliant, but these efforts ultimately strengthen our brand’s credibility and trust among operators and players. We embrace these challenges as part of our commitment to delivering premium gaming content within a safe and responsible environment.
Q: We had the pleasure of visiting your stand at ICE Barcelona this year. How often does 3 Oaks Gaming participate in industry events, and how effective are these events in fostering new collaborations and partnerships?
Y: Thank you! We were delighted to showcase 3 Oaks Gaming at ICE Barcelona this year. Industry events like ICE are a key part of our strategy, as they provide an excellent platform for networking, showcasing our latest games and promo tools, and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential partners.
We actively participate in major gaming exhibitions throughout the year, including ICE, SBC Summits, SIGMA and other key industry gatherings. Face-to-face interactions at these events help us build trust and establish strong business relationships, which can be challenging to achieve through digital communication alone. The exposure we gain also reinforces our brand presence in the iGaming industry, making these events a crucial part of our growth and expansion strategy.
Also, we host our own 3 Oaks` parties where gather the most dear, respected and valued partners for an informal and warm communication.
Q: In general, our readers would be interested to know about your cases of successful cooperation.
Y: All of our corporations are successful because we are committed to our cause building trustworthy and long-term partnerships. It`s not a secret that the igaming industry is pretty small compared with others. Here everybody knows each other and 3 Oaks Gaming has a strong reputation which we cherish. There is no point in playing unfairly. There is only one way - to be a leader and not to lose trust. We continuously seek new opportunities to work with forward-thinking companies that share our vision for delivering top-tier gaming entertainment.

Y: It`s my favourite question, because it`s my passion to find new channels for communication and audience engagement. Our primary focus is on a combination of strategic partnerships, data-driven marketing, and compelling promotional tools that not only attract new players but also foster long-term engagement. This holistic approach allows us to remain competitive in the ever-evolving iGaming market. Here`re the main streams we use:
- Industry Events & Networking. Attending and exhibiting at major expos like ICE, SBC Summit, and SiGMA allows us to connect directly with operators, aggregators, and industry stakeholders. These events provide invaluable opportunities for business development and brand positioning.
- B2B Digital Marketing. We leverage industry-specific media, such as iGaming news portals, press releases, and online publications, to keep operators informed about our latest releases, partnerships, and market expansions.
- Social Media & Content Marketing. Platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube are key for engaging with our audience, sharing insights, and showcasing our newest games.
- Game Promotion & In-Game Marketing. We prioritize promotional tools like Tournaments, Flip to Win, Lucky Drops and Jackpots to enhance player engagement and retention. Working closely with operators, we ensure our games stand out in their lobbies through strategic promotions.

This model allows us to scale efficiently and distribute our games across multiple regulated markets through strategic partnerships.We focus on developing engaging, high-performing slot games that meet the needs of operators and appeal to players. This includes incorporating innovative mechanics, stunning visuals, and immersive gameplay.
Rather than operating our own casino platform, we work closely with aggregators and platform providers who integrate our games into their systems, making them available to a vast network of online casinos. Y: 2025 is a transformative year for 3 Oaks Gaming, with exciting plans for expansion, innovation, and new game launches. We are actively working on obtaining licenses and certifications in additional regulated markets, allowing us to bring our content to an even broader audience. Expanding our footprint in Europe, Latin America, and beyond is a key priority for us.
We have an exciting roadmap of new games featuring cutting-edge mechanics, stunning visuals, and immersive gameplay. Our goal is to push the boundaries of slot development, delivering fresh and engaging experiences that resonate with players. Moreover, We are enhancing our suite of promotional tools and engagement-boosting features designed to help operators maximize player retention and lifetime value.
And a lot of other activities have been planned for 2025, like competitions in the Awards, conferences, exhibitions, own cocktail parties, new merchandise launch and many other internal events.
